Job Title: Brand Management (Part Time) About the Role Gururo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Management professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate our brand presence within the fast-paced Information Technology and Services industry. As a key contributor, you will help craft compelling brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. If you’re passionate about building strong brands and driving meaningful engagement, this position is for you. Key Objectives - Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Gururo’s vision and business goals. - Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth. Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives. - Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in messaging and visual identity. - Coordinate with marketing, product, and design teams to align branding efforts. - Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments. - Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors related to branding activities. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Gururo’s brand competitive and relevant. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the IT or technology sector. - Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and customer engagement. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with branding tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
