This role involves developing impactful brand narratives, driving social media strategy, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. The ideal candidate understands digital behaviour, brand positioning, and creative storytelling.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities- Build and execute brand and social media strategies that enhance awareness and engagement.- Manage content creation (posts, articles, videos, campaigns) in line with brand guidelines.- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms.- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.- Ensure consistency in messaging across digital and offline communication.- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand relevant and updated.- Collaborate with internal teams — design, marketing, and development — to execute brand initiatives.- Support campaign planning, product launches, and corporate communications.Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience in Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Communication.- Strong understanding of SMO, content strategy, and digital engagement.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.- Ability to interpret analytics and measure campaign performance.- Familiarity with social media tools and management platforms.- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Experience managing multiple platforms and coordinating campaigns is an added advantage.
