Job Description

Interns Support Services & Field Sales (Agriculture & Agribusiness)

Location: Gwalior Regional Office (RO)

Internship Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: 7,000 10,000/month

Post-Internship Pay: 15,000 20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

SRAPCL is hiring dynamic and passionate Interns to join our Support Services and Field Sales vertical. This role is designed for freshers in MBA (Agribusiness) and BSc (Agriculture) or final-year BSc Agri students. The work will involve grassroots-level engagement with farmers, drone service support, agri-input promotion, and facilitating access to government schemes.

Key Responsibilities

- Farmer Engagement for Agronomy Support
- Drone Services & Biostimulant Sales Support
- Farmer Registration & Verification Support
- Government Scheme Awareness & Capacity Building for Farmers

This is a field-intensive role, and candidates must be comfortable with rural travel, farmer meetings, and village-level documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:
- MBA Agribusiness (Freshers only)
- BSc Agriculture (Freshers and Final Year students)
- Preferred Background:
- Rural upbringing or familiarity with village-level ecosystems
- Ready to work in on-ground agri-service delivery roles
- Immediate hiring.

Language Requirements

- Mandatory:
- Hindi (Fluent) for farmer interaction and field communication
- English (Fluent) for farmer interaction and field communication
- Bundelkhandi or Local Dialects will be considered an added advantage for field engagement
