Responsible for leading and engaging units within the scope (Global/HUB) to ensure the S&OP process remains on track with continuous participation from all contributors, factory and HUB-wise. Foster collaboration and understanding across all organizational levels, ensuring each functional area recognizes its impact on the S&OP process. Drive operational excellence and sustainability in compliance with business guidelines while providing training to enhance performance and standardization. How You'll Make An Impact - Facilitate S&OP meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and execution plan articulation. - Standardize HUB Strategic planning and S&OP processes across factories, ensuring compliance with best practices and BU guidelines. - Review forecast accuracy in demand, capacity, and supply to drive continuous improvement. - Create and evaluate scenarios for demand and supply, assessing risks and proposing mitigation strategies. - Monitor execution of S&OP decisions, escalating issues when necessary. - Develop and monitor Load and Capacity charts and other dashboards to track KPIs and report performance to factory, HUB, and BU levels. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align S&OP processes with organizational goals. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. Your Background - Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, planning and fulfillment or a related field in the operations, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) exp is a plus. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track KPIs and drive decision-making. - Proactive personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally and in multinational environments to align processes and achieve organizational goals. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and operational excellence. - Advanced level of written and spoken English.
