Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- PO Creation:
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system for the group vendors in a timely manner.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly, following procurement policies and standards.
- Work closely with vendors to confirm PO details, delivery timelines, and special requirements.
- Item Creation:
- Support the creation of new items in the ERP system to ensure that inventory and procurement data are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required item details for system input.
- Low Price Management:
- Create and maintain low-price data for group vendor shipments using Excel spreadsheets.
- Analyze and ensure that the low-price targets are met while aligning with the company's budget and procurement strategies.
- Provide reports on price trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, ERP systems, or a related role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating reports, data analysis, and managing large datasets).
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Previous experience in procurement or vendor management within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management processes and procedures.
