Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Duties include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and guiding them through the property buying process. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing end-to-end support for clients, including investment guidance and bank loan assistance.

Qualifications

- Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in financial advisory and bank loan assistance is a plus
