Role Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in scaling processes for distributed teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and improve daily business operations, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination between teams. - Develop and implement processes, systems, and workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability. - Track and analyze key operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements. - Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities and ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution. - Manage vendor relationships, tools, and operational budgets to optimize resources. - Lead or support special projects, including process automation, organizational changes, or operational rollouts. - Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to best practices. - Mentor and support team members to build a culture of accountability, clarity, and operational excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business strategy preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment. - Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with operations and project management tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.). - Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions. - Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a distributed team environment. Preferred Skills - Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments. - Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, and workflow optimization platforms. - Background in financial operations, procurement, or vendor management is a plus. - Experience scaling teams or processes during periods of rapid growth.
