We re hiring a 3rd Party Operations with Manufacturing Procurement Lead to own vendor operations third-party logistics and sourcing You ll ensure raw materials packaging and finished goods are procured cost-effectively and delivered on time This role is at the core of ensuring operational excellence and supply chain reliability You ll work cross-functionally across operations logistics procurement and quality Manage 3PLs contract manufacturers and warehouse partners Lead end-to-end procurement of raw materials packaging and finished goods Forecast demand and align sourcing with production and sales Negotiate contracts pricing and SLAs with suppliers and logistics providers Monitor and optimize inventory levels across locations Collaborate with QA QC to ensure compliance and product quality Develop and implement SOPs for procurement and vendor operations Leverage ERP and analytics tools for decision-making and reporting Conduct vendor audits and performance reviews regularly Lead high-impact ops across top-tier vendors 3PLsDrive procurement strategy in a fast-scaling environment 6-10 years in procurement vendor management or supply chain operations Experience managing 3PLs co-manufacturers and multi-site logistics Strong negotiation and contract management skills Deep understanding of inventory control and demand planning Proficient in ERP systems e g NetSuite SAP and analytics tools Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator Experience in a CPG DTC manufacturing or e-commerce environment A rapidly growing innovation-driven personal care and beauty brand that blends modern R D with a deep understanding of consumer needs The company operates in the FMCG space and is known for launching trend-focused high-quality products while maintaining a strong operational backbone With an entrepreneurial spirit this organization emphasizes agility creativity and operational efficiency Leadership role with high visibility and impact Opportunity to shape scalable procurement and operations strategy Work with a mission-driven fast-growing company Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives Benefits package including health wellness and flexible work options
