We are seeking aSolution Analyst - EPM OneStreamto drive the optimization, automation, and governance of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This role focuses on financial consolidations, planning (workforce and capital), transfer pricing, account reconciliations, and transaction matching within OneStream. As a key member of the Finance Technology Center of Excellence (CoE), you will collaborate with finance, accounting, and technology teams to enhance data integration, transformation, and reporting, ensuring that financial processes are aligned with business objectives. About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation preferably working with OneStream EPM.
- Experience optimizing financial consolidations, workforce and capital planning, transfer pricing, account reconciliations, and transaction matching.
- Proven ability to support data integration, transformation, and reporting in OneStream.
- Hands-on experience working with finance, accounting teams to translate business requirements into EPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.
- In-depth knowledge of core financial processes like consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, transaction matching and transfer pricing.
- Proficiency in defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of financial data transformation, integration pipelines, and reporting best practices. Familiarity financial data integrations and EPM transformation. Strong business process analysis skills to optimize financial workflows within OneStream.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had:
- OneStream certifications or expertise in other EPM tools. Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
- Understanding of financial governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with MA and financial system integrations with Oracle EBS, Oracle NetSuite.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role
- Define and execute the EPM strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and planning needs.
- Analyze and document business requirements, working with finance teams to enhance data integration, transformation, and reporting.
- Optimize account reconciliations and transaction matching, ensuring automation and efficiency.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and engineering teams to develop and configure OneStream solutions, including workflow enhancements and reporting automation.
- Enhance OneStream reporting capabilities, providing finance teams with real-time insights.
- Manage and refine product backlogs, define user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and drive sprint execution.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and security best practices are followed within OneStream implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning, forecasting, and financial close processes.
- Document processes, best practices, and playbooks for OneStream enhancements and transformation initiatives.
