Job Description - Department- Sales - Role: Key Account Manager - Designation- Sr. Sales Manager - Open positions- Total-4.Gujarat- 1 South -1 (Preferably from Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai) Mumbai-1, Delhi-1 Job Description- - Identify the application: Know the specific step in the process where the filter will be used (e.g., buffer preparation, API manufacturing, sterile filtration). - Know the product's phase: Understand if the drug is in early-stage development or closer to commercialization to determine the level of validation needed. - Engage with key decision-makers: Identify and connect with the cross-functional teams involved, including R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing. - Provide expertise and demonstrate how your filters solve their problems and improve their processes. - Target Biologics and Vaccine Production: The increasing demand for biologics, monoclonal antibodies, cell & gene therapies, and vaccines requires advanced, high-purity filtration solutions. Tailor solutions for applications like viral clearance and protein purification. - Form collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies or Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to integrate filtration solutions into their manufacturing platforms and ensure seamless supply chains. - Utilize data and market insights to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and refine business strategies. - Manage all aspects of the sales process, including generating leads, making presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Work Mode- Remote Appear at Ahmedabad office (H.O.) as and when required.
