We are currently seeking an experienced PPC Manager with 8+ years of expertise to manage and scale performance-driven campaigns for our SME & enterprise clients, including Infosys. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of strategizing, executing, and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
What Are We Looking For?
We are searching for a highly skilled and analytical PPC Manager to lead our Paid Marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end PPC campaign management, including strategy, execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
Our ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and has hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting campaigns.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Create and execute strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage large ad budgets efficiently while achieving performance KPIs.
- Write, test, and optimize compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and performance marketing trends to keep campaigns competitive.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Creative teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.
- Report on campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and CAC.
- Mentor and guide junior PPC executives (if required).
PPC Manager Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in PPC and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display/Retargeting campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
- Ability to manage high-budget international campaigns with proven ROI success.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up to date with latest trends, automation tools, and AI in PPC.
