
Staff Pharmacist

Role & responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions
- Manage pharmacy inventory and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations
- Guide patients on medication usage and safety
- Coordinate with doctors and support tele-consultation (Tele-path)
- Assist in handling basic store operations and audits
- In future, take lead in managing pharmacy staff and operations
Preferred candidate profile
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm / Pharm.D from a recognized institution
- Must have a valid Karnataka pharmacist license or be eligible for registration
- Good knowledge of medicines, patient safety and ethics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment (clinic + tele-path + field if required)
