Talent Acquisition Partner Boomi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with our stakeholders, leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across APJ Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance, IT and other related roles. You'll act as a trusted advisorbalancing data-driven insights with strong relationship-building to guide demand planning, manage a healthy pipeline, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, is skilled at navigating strong personalities, and enjoys owning the end-to-end recruiting process. This is a Bangalore based Hybrid Job (2 or 3 days from office in a week) What You'll Do: - Own full-cycle recruiting for APJ (India, Singapore, Japan, Australia) with a focus on building high-performing, diverse teams - Partner directly with APJ leaders to forecast hiring needs, align on recruiting strategies, and influence decision-making with market insights - Drive proactive sourcing strategies to keep the top of the funnel active and healthyincluding employee referrals, networking, events, and outbound outreach - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through close, with high attention to detail and follow-through - Manage and maintain data accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse), including pipelines, reporting, and documentation - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through thoughtful sourcing, calibration, and structured hiring practices - Collaborate with TA Operations and Employer Brand partners to improve processes and elevate Boomi's employer value proposition The Experience You Bring: - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience - Proven success hiring and attracting talent - Strong relationship-building and communication skills with experience influencing, navigating multiple stakeholder groups - Excellent sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing skills, with a reputation for landing high-caliber, passive talent - Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage searches, track KPIs, and drive accountability - Passionate about providing an inclusive, candidate-first experience and contributing to a high-performance recruiting culture Bonus Points if You Have: - Bachelor's degree - Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, BrightHire, Ashby, or other sourcing and recruiting tools What You Can Expect Joining Boomi's Talent Acquisition team in India means being part of a collaborative, high-energy group that's shaping the future of one of the most exciting enterprise tech companies in the world.
