About the Role: The Senior Manager, Brand & Communications, Social Media will be responsible for building a world-class social media program that drives Epsilon’s brand awareness and thought leadership. You will be the ultimate brand ambassador and an experienced communications professional with a passion for innovative and compelling storytelling. As a member of Epsilon’s global Brand & Corporate Communications team, the Senior Manager will play a key role in facilitating thought leadership opportunities and enhancing the Epsilon brand and mission. You will be responsible for bringing Epsilon’s story and unique perspective to life across throughout the company’s social media channels and engaging our communities with compelling, entertaining and informative content. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Epsilon’s brand and business goals. - Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.G., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). - Create and curate compelling content that resonates with Epsilon’s diverse audiences and reflects our brand identity. - Foster community engagement through proactive interaction with client and partner content - Collaborate with Epsilon Marketing teams (communications, marketing, creative, leadership) to align messaging and campaigns. - Stay current with social media trends, tools, and standard processes to keep Epsilon’s presence fresh and relevant. - Manage paid social campaigns, as needed. - Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and engagement Qualifications - 12-15 years social media and communications experience, preferably with a B2B or advertising technology company - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), their algorithms, audiences and protocols. - Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social or native platform analytics to track Key Perfornance Indicator and optimize performance. - Ability to develop and implement content calendars, campaigns and storytelling strategies aligned with brand goals. - Experience handling negative feedback or social media crises - A natural storyteller with a passion for company culture, technology, digital marketing, data and innovation. - Ability to manage projects with remote contributors and collaborators efficiently and effectively. - Can distill complex and highly technical messages and ideas into succinct, meaningful content, adapted by audience and sector - Flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, stay calm under pressure and are someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done - Possesses an engaging and outgoing style--enjoys working independently and as part of a team - Highly organized with good follow through capabilities - Tenacious, energized, curious and enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task Additional Information Our pillars aren't just words.
