Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detailed oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to oversee stock movement, coordinate financial processes, and manage documentation for domestic and export sales and purchase. This role involves working closely with internal teams, handling ERP system, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments while adhering to compliance and operational efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Location: Delhi/NCR, India

Work Schedule: Flexible to accommodate different time zones

Travel Requirement: Yes

Responsibilities:

- Oversee stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory tracking for the plant and warehouse.
- Conduct valuation and MTM (Market-to-Market) reporting to support financial analysis.
- Maintain Pre-processing Plant MIS (Management Information System) to ensure data accuracy.
- Work closely with the accounts team and other internal stakeholders for reporting and resolving supply chain-related financial queries.
- Ensure ERP record-keeping and stock reconciliation (Zoho ERP Preferred)
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (Pos) and Sales Orders (SOs) for domestic transactions, ensuring necessary approvals and payment requests are in place.
- Manage the end-to-end export process for commodities, including –

1. contract preparation and execution,
2. sampling coordination,
3. shipment booking and logistics tracking,
4. Draft Bill of Landing (BL) approvals
5. sales invoice and packing list preparation, and
6. final payment follow-ups

- Ensure timely payments to shipping lines and Custom House Agents (CHA) to prevent shipment delays.
- Issue and manage sales and purchase contracts, ensuring proper documentation flow with buyers and sellers
- Verify purchase documents (Invoice, BL, Packing List, COA, Self Declaration, Etc.) and ensure timely updates in the accounting system.
- Upload and maintain accurate sales documentation in the ERP/accounting system
- Coordinate London Metal Exchange (LME) pricing updates with internal teams
- Process and track payments for cargo purchase and third party service providers

Requirement & Qualifications:

- Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the recycling, manufacturing, or logistics sector.
- Hands on experience with ERP Systems (Zoho preferred) for stock management, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics, trade documentation, and financial processes.
- Excellent coordination abilities to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, buyers, and financial stakeholder.
- Strong analytical skills with a detailed-oriented approach to MIS reporting and financial tracking.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and willing to travel when required.
