Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis RapidResponse SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management and a deep understanding of the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis-based solutions to enhance supply chain processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Expertise & Implementation

Strong understanding of value chain synchronization and supply chain reinvention.

Hands-on experience in demand and supply planning using Kinaxis.

Expertise in Kinaxis Advanced Planning tools and solutions.

Proven experience in implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Deep functional/domain expertise, including hands-on experience in configuration, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications, and documentation.

Led and managed two to three full lifecycle Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environments.

Solution Design & Implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Kinaxis applications tailored to business needs.

Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis with other enterprise systems, such as ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

System Optimization & Support

Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Kinaxis solution utilization.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics (preferred).

Professional certifications (preferred):

Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 Certification

Kinaxis Integration Consultant Level 1 Certification

RapidResponse Author Level 1 or Level 2 Certification
