Job Description

Position Overview:

- Facilitate custom application development projects using Agile methodology.
- Coordinate with project teams, business teams, scrum teams, technical teams, and end-users to achieve corporate deliverables on time.
- Capture meeting notes and track action items.
- Interact with various stakeholders including Business Process Engineers, Systems Analysts, UX Developers, and Project Managers.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure high delivery standards.
- Understand web and mobile development languages (AWS Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, . Net, HTML5/CSS, SAP) and work with them to meet business requirements.
- Handle team dynamics and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Possess sound knowledge in SAFe Agile practice and have good communication skills.
- Prototyping mindset with a focus on Design Thinking/Design Sprint approaches.

Required Skills:

- Project Delivery and Reporting
- Lead and coach Scrum adoption
- Team Management

Certifications:

- Preferred: SSM or SASM or SA in SAFe practice
- PMI Certification (Good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

- Display servant leadership and enable Agile practices within the team.
- Manage Sprint activities, identifying priorities and dependencies.
- Effectively manage the product backlog using JIRA.
- Organize and optimize product backlog.
- Communicate the owner s wish list to the project team.
- Organize scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Track and control the schedule, resources, and costs.
- Coach teams in best practices to achieve common project goals.
- Drive 2 or more Scrum teams.
- Facilitate Scrum collaborations and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Implement changes to increase team productivity.
- Collaborate with scrum masters to improve methodologies efficiency.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
- Support SAFe principles and practices, facilitating flow and eliminating impediments.
- Help the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Collaborate closely with Cloud/Infrastructure team and handle change requests/deployments.

Experience Criteria:

- Total Enterprise experience of 10+ years.
- 5+ years in collaborative project delivery with a technical background and experience handling projects in Agile mode.

Background/Academic Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in science or engineering.
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Courses:

- AWS Fundamentals Specialization (Good to have)
- Design Sprint (Good to have)
- Atlassian Jira Fundamentals (Must)
- Reporting in Jira Software (Must)
- Gain Project Insights through JQL (Good to have)

Job Relevant Competencies:

- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Experienced with Atlassian JIRA for project management.
- Ability to deliver prototypes/proof of concepts in design sprint mode.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to meet challenging timelines.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust.
