About the Role We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring ● Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. ● Post job listings on portals and social media platforms. ● Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. 2. Onboarding ● Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and assist in new employee orientation. ● Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining and access setup for new hires. ● Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of tasks. 3. Offboarding ● Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation. ● Ensure proper handover and support final settlement coordination. 4. HR Operations & Compliance ● Maintain and update employee records in HR software (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.). ● Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave deductions, etc.). ● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication. ● Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information. Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ● 1-2 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time). ● Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes. ● Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
