Position Admin Logistics Officer Entry Level INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed well-known Pharmaceutical Intermediates APIs manufacturing company established in 2003 We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Admin Logistics Officer Location Sojitra GIDC Anand Gujarat Experience Fresher 1-3 year Qualification B Com M Com MBA Supply chain or Logistics Key Responsibilities Administrative Responsibilities Assist in daily office administration and coordination work Maintain employee records documentation files and registers Handle office supplies stationery management and vendor coordination Support meeting arrangements visitor management and hospitality Assist in preparing letters notices and internal communication Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping supervision for the office premises Liaising with various regulatory authorities Logistics Responsibilities Assist in inbound and outbound logistics coordination Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices packing lists delivery challans etc Coordinate with transporters courier partners for timely pickup and delivery Track shipments and update concerned departments Maintain logistics records GRN stock movement entries and other documentation Support the purchase team in collecting quotations comparing prices and following up with suppliers Ensure proper documentation for material movement across locations Required Skills Good communication skills written verbal Strong organizational and time-management abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Email Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
