Job Summary - We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and drive business growth. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers in Private Limited and Public Limited companies, explaining our services, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities : - Outbound Calling : Make cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business. - Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify prospects based on their export financing needs. - Pitching & Sales : Explain TradeReboot's export factoring solutions, handle objections, and close deals. - CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. - Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. - Targets & KPIs : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Qualifications & Skills : - Experience: 0-3 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. - Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business background preferred). - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejections. - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, Excel, and email communication. - Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of export financing, factoring, or banking services.
