Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-learning Developer to join our team. This role requires a proactive learner with strong communication skills who is eager to design and develop high-quality digital training content using leading e-learning tools. Freshers with a tech-savvy mindset and a passion for digital learning are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to end-to-end e-learning projects
- Act as a problem-solver by proactively identifying issues and recommending effective solutions
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content across various subject areas
- Utilize diverse instructional modalities (videos, interactive elements, simulations, etc.)
- Create course outlines, scripts, and visual storyboards aligned with learning objectives
- Develop course materials to support knowledge retention and learner engagement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training content using feedback tools and analytics
- Design tools and methods to gather data and continuously improve course quality
- Use virtual training tools and platforms such as WebEx or GoToMeeting effectively
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Desired Profile

- Freshers, undergraduates, graduates, MCA, BCA, or B.Tech with basic computer knowledge
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Training will be provided on e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora
- Basic understanding of IT or e-learning industry concepts
- Self-motivated individual who can interact confidently with clients via phone/web
- Passion for learning and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
