This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven ability to strategize, motivate teams, and deliver results in a competitive retail and e-commerce environment. You will oversee sales operations across B2B, B2C, and institutional segments, fostering strong dealer networks, partnerships, and key client relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in furniture or consumer goods sales, along with a passion for building customer trust and delivering measurable business outcomes. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. - Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion. - Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure operational efficiency. - Establish and maintain a strong dealer and distribution network to maximize market penetration. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility. - Work closely with operations and customer experience teams to streamline the end-to-end customer journey. - Build and manage strategic partnerships with key accounts, retailers, and institutional clients. - Identify new business opportunities across both modern trade and online channels. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. - Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction. - Drive the adoption of digital tools and CRM systems for efficient sales tracking and reporting. - Provide timely, data-driven insights to senior management on sales performance and future growth opportunities. - Set performance standards, design incentive programs, and implement training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Ensure sales activities are aligned with the company’s overall vision, brand values, and financial goals.
