Position at Confluent India Private LimitedWith Confluent organisations can harness the full power of continuously flowing data to innovate and win in the modern digital world We have a purpose that drives us to do better everyday - we re creating an entirely new category within data infrastructure - data streaming This technology will allow every organisation to create experiences and use the power of data in ways that profoundly impact the way we all live This impact is our purpose and drives us to do better every day One Confluent One team One Data Streaming Platform Data Connects Us About the Role The Business Systems team s mission is to drive a coherent integrated backbone of supporting software systems that is architected for growth efficiency and scale The team is responsible for the overall global information strategy including systems design architecture and roadmap The Business Systems team is an agile organization which helps improve company efficiency and support strategic business initiatives in partnership with its respective business stakeholders Confluent is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer for the delivery of Salesforce projects within our organization The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development and administration What You Will Do Develop customization and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform Ensure that all Salesforce projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget Work cross functionally with Developers Dev Leads BAs Product owner and QA to ensure that requirements are being delivered Provide thoughtful implementation solutions and best practice recommendations to help resolve business challenges Work on OOTB standard configurations customization in Apex LWC Async Apex REST API integration implementation What You Will Bring Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools Experience with Salesforce customization integrations and data migration Knowledge of Copado CICD or similar Salesforce CICD tools Experience working with Agile Lean Kanban development methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies to business problems Growth mindset with the ability to apply constructive feedback to improve themselves and processes around them Ability to self-train quickly and pick up new skills as necessary Come As You AreAt Confluent equality is a core tenet of our culture We are committed to building an inclusive global team that represents a variety of backgrounds perspectives beliefs and experiences The more diverse we are the richer our community and the broader our impact Employment decisions are made on the basis of job-related criteria without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability veteran status or any other classification protected by applicable law Click to review our Candidate Privacy Notice which describes how and when Confluent Inc and its group companies collects uses and shares certain personal information of California job applicants and prospective employees
