Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the B2B manufacturing or packaging industry This role is pivotal in driving brand growth market expansion and lead generation to support our ambitious sales targets Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share for our corrugated boxes and packaging solutions - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and customer needs - Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM content marketing email marketing and social media to generate qualified leads - Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral including brochures case studies presentations and website content tailored to our target audience - Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring a high return on investment for all marketing campaigns and activities - Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated campaigns that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth - Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data and analytics to inform future strategies - Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients and partners - Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement Qualifications and Skills - Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or packaging industry - Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools - Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making ref updazz com
