Job Title: Executive – Operations Location: Corporate Reports To: Senior Manager Operations Department: Operations / Supply Chain Role Overview: The Executive – Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of the Personal Care Unit, focusing on contract manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, and vendor management. This role ensures smooth execution of manufacturing processes, cost optimization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Contract Manufacturing Management Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery. Monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. Negotiate and manage agreements with third-party manufacturers. Factory Operations: Oversee day-to-day factory operations for efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements. CapEx & OpEx Planning: Prepare and manage Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) budgets. Track and report variances against approved budgets. Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct periodic stock-taking and reconciliation. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels. Production Planning & Execution: Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts. Monitor execution to meet timelines and minimize downtime. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials and packaging. Maintain strong relationships and negotiate favourable terms. Operations Management: Implement process improvements for cost efficiency and productivity. Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Operations Management. MBA preferred. Experience: 3–4 years in operations, preferably in FMCG / Personal Care manufacturing. Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Key Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team coordination.
