Job Summary: We are seeking experiencedSenior US Healthcare Recruitersspecializing in full-cycle healthcare staffing. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving staffing goals. Role & Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and pharmaceutical positions in the US market. - Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and ATS systems. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers. - Coordinate interviews, negotiate salary terms, and handle offer letters and onboarding processes. - Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and healthcare recruitment best practices. - Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed placement targets within specified timelines. - Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients and hiring managers.
