Hiring Healthcare Recruiter

Job description
Working on direct Clinical/Healthcare client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model

Required skills:
Minimum 1 years to 4 years of Experience in US Staffing working on Clinical/ Healthcare clients
Good understanding of HealthCare terminology and the US staffing industry.
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
Should be having hands-on experience in working with direct clients.

**Salary**: ₹13,205.04 - ₹43,121.18 per month
