Build long-term relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. Manage key accounts with a focus on expanding business opportunities. Establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and channel partners. Negotiate effectively to deliver value-driven outcomes for both clients and the organization. Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and business stakeholders.
