Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team The ideal candidate will bring over 4 years of professional design experience including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity This role requires a strong background in both graphic and UI UX design with a solid understanding of front-end design fundamentals such as HTML and CSS Key Responsibilities Create the design for a variety of digital and print projects including social media visuals websites brochures logos advertisements corporate decks and other marketing collateral Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all media and marketing materials Produce high-quality innovative and creative designs that align with the company s vision and brand strategy Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Stay updated with design trends using the latest design and AI tools as per industry standards and technological advancements Maintain a strong understanding of typography colour theory and composition Required Skills Qualifications Any bachelor s degree with experience in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field or equivalent experience 4 years of experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles Excellent understanding of design principles typography layout and colour theory Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in motion graphics video editing or animation Preferred Skills Knowledge of 3D design software e g Blender Cinema 4D Familiarity with content management systems CMS and digital asset management platforms Experience in user interface UI and user experience UX design
