Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and conceptual Graphic Designer in a digital agency environment. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills in both static graphics and motion design, with proficiency in video editing. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Design: Develop innovative and creative static designs for social media, websites, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.

- Conceptualisation: Translate client briefs into strong, creative concepts, ensuring the message is clear and visually engaging.

- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create eye-catching motion graphics for social media, websites, and digital ads that enhance user experience and engagement.

- Video Editing: Edit and enhance videos for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and client presentations.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to understand project goals and deliver on creative requirements.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

- Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, new tools, and innovations in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency setting.

- Creative Software Proficiency:

 - Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe software relevant to both static and video editing.

 - Motion Graphics & Animation Tools: Experience with motion design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects.

 - Video Editing: Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

- Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to develop strong concepts and deliver visually stunning designs that meet project objectives.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality of work across all formats.

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Time Management: Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively to solve design challenges and meet client expectations.

 Nice to Have:

- Experience in 3D design or animation.

- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital design.
