Head-SM is responsible for strategically leading and managing the execution of Advanced Metering Infrastructure AMI and Smart Metering projects across the organization Reporting directly to the CEO this role drives seamless project delivery by overseeing multidisciplinary teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimizing resource utilization for cost-effective outcomes This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards fosters collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and leverages advanced tools and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and Smart Metering projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives CEO directives and long-term growth goals Ensure measurable project success by leading annual Smart Metering planning setting strategic priorities optimizing resource allocation and defining clear actionable outcomes Deliver measurable value by providing strategic oversight for concurrent projects ensuring operational and financial improvements through alignment with corporate objectives data-driven decision-making and seamless coordination across functions Strengthen operational consistency by embedding SOPs and Quality Management Systems across all functions aligning project strategies with emerging market trends to achieve measurable outcomes Operational Excellence Drive quality and efficiency by ensuring Smart Metering installation replacement and implementation processes meet defined quality standards adhere to timelines and achieve operational benchmarks Enhance operational
