General Manager – Construction Operations

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations at all active construction sites Supervise and coordinate with project managers engineers and site supervisors Monitor progress of multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery within budget Ensure quality standards safety protocols and client specifications are met Resolve site-level issues involving vendors labour contractors engineers and clients Lead procurement planning and support in finalizing major material suppliers and contractors Maintain strong relations with clients consultants and local authorities Manage labour and admin coordination through site managers Review daily reports progress updates and submit MIS to senior management Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency cost control and material tracking Ensure compliance with government norms labour laws and site regulations Represent the company in client meetings and project review discussions Key Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management or site operations Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple sites In-depth knowledge of civil construction residential commercial hospitality projects Proven experience in labour vendor coordination admin handling and procurement Excellent communication decision-making and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Excel project tracking tools and reporting Language Fluent in Hindi and Marathi English preferred Candidate can contact on 9225602810 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 500 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
