**About the Role**:
We need a proactive Junior Operations Executive to assist in managing construction site activities. You'll help with planning, documentation, and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and monitoring daily site operations
- Prepare progress reports and maintain records (materials, workforce, etc.)
- Update project data in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Track materials, equipment, and safety compliance
- Follow up with Engineering, Procurement, HR, and Billing teams

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 1-3 years of experience in civil construction operations
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
- Basic knowledge of **ERP systems** (SAP, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to visit construction sites

**Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools
- Understanding of BOQ, tendering, and procurement
