Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a high-rise building The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the project including planning execution and delivery ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and in compliance with regulations and quality standards Key Responsibilities Define project scope objectives and deliverables for high-rise construction Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and budgets Coordinate with architects contractors engineers and other stakeholders Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or risks Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field PMP or similar certification preferred Proven experience in managing high-rise building construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Candidate can contact on 9225602810 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 120 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
