Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. This role work you need to recruit a potential advisor and Development them in product and process you need to manage the advisors team,
Sales Manager responsible for developing and aim to meet targets, managing and leading a Agents team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential markets, conducting market research, developing sales plans, supervising sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

- Preferred Insurance Industry Experience candidates only
- Health Insurance Experience Candidates Are highly appreciated
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Sales Strategy development and implementation
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
