Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving, understands client needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, emails, and social channels. - Build a strong pipeline and convert qualified prospects into business opportunities. - Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead and revenue targets. - Maintain client data and progress updates on CRM tools. - Represent Enout with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy at every touchpoint. Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - 01 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High ownership, goal orientation, and a growth mindset. - Experience in B2B, Events, or Hospitality sectors is a plus.
