Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Funnel Demand Generation Pipeline Acceleration
Own and execute a full-funnel growth strategy from top-of-funnel brand
awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion and pipeline velocity.
Partner with sales and revenue operations to align demand generation with
GTM objectives and revenue targets.
Optimize every stage of the buyer journey to accelerate lead progression,
shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.
Digital Performance Channel Leadership
Lead strategy and execution across all digital channels: SEM, paid social,
programmatic, SEO, content, and website.
Drive high-quality inbound and outbound pipeline through data-driven
campaigns and personalized engagement.
Build scalable, always-on performance programs while experimenting with new
acquisition channels and tactics.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Design and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts across NA and
Europe.
Integrate personalized messaging, multi-channel outreach, and sales
collaboration to influence key decision-makers.
Influencer, Advocate Partner Marketing
Engage B2B influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility
in target markets.
Lead co-marketing efforts with technology and channel partners to expand
pipeline and thought leadership.
Optimization Measurement
Own marketing performance metrics, including CAC, pipeline contribution,
MQL/SQL conversion, funnel velocity, and ROI.
Implement full-funnel attribution models and dashboards to track and
optimize campaign effectiveness.
Lead experimentation and CRO strategies to constantly improve engagement
and outcomes.
Integrated Marketing Brand Building
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and
earned channels.
Drive consistent messaging and creative alignment across campaigns,
regions, and funnel stages.
Build brand awareness and thought leadership in North America and Europe
through digital, content, and influencer strategies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a senior
- growth or demand gen leadership role.
- Proven success driving full-funnel growth, pipeline acceleration, and
- velocity improvements across international markets.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing (SEM, paid social), ABM,
- SEO/content, and partner/influencer marketing.
- Data-obsessed with hands-on experience in attribution, funnel analytics,
- campaign tracking, and CRO.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- especially with sales, PMM, and ops teams.
- Experience working across multiple international markets, especially North
- America and Europe.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with modern Martech tools: 6sense, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce,
- GA4, Segment, CMS/ABM platforms.
- Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions alongside enterprise
- sales strategies.
- Background in Martech, Adtech, or Customer Experience platforms.
