Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. This role requires a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and enhance the overall customer experience.

RESPONSIBITIES

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and user feedback.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
