Job Description:

Talent Toppers is looking for passionate and result-driven IT/Tech Recruiters to join our team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment with consulting firms and a strong understanding of technical hiring, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and tech roles.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to attract top talent.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience with consulting firms.
- MBA (HR) or Engineering Graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.
