Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various roles across technologies and domains.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in an IT staffing or product/service-based company.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
