Company Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area Information Technology Group Information Technology Group IT Engineering General Summary Qualcomm IT is looking for the Network Focused IT Operations Center ITOC Engineer to be based out of Hyderabad India and will responsible for the following While he she is a networking expert should also have a good understanding of the IT estate - other infra and application components how they interact with each and how do they connect to deliver the services to the business i e while the depth is in the networking space should also have an understanding of the breadth of IT Provide enterprise-wide monitoring and support for data systems including comprehensive Tier 2 support for Qualcomm services to include troubleshooting and reporting of services Responsible for using consolidated Event Management system to provide -
