Job Title- Conga CLM Developer

Experience- 4 10 Years

Location- PAN India

Notice- Immediate to 15 days

Roles & Responsibilities::

- Design, develop, and implementConga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)solutions.
- Configure and customizecontract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval processesin Conga CLM.
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CLM solutions.
- Integrate Conga CLM withSalesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Develop customizations usingApex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)where required.
- Supportend-to-end contract lifecycle automationincluding authoring, negotiation, approvals, and execution.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues in CLM applications.
- Provide technical documentation and end-user training as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 46 years of IT experiencewith at least2+ years in Conga CLM implementation and support.
- Hands-on expertise inConga CLM configuration templates, clause library, approval workflows, security setup.
- Strong experience withSalesforce CRM platform Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL.
- Knowledge ofcontract lifecycle management processesand best practices.
- Experience inSalesforce integration and data migration.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

- Conga CLM certification.
- SalesforceAdmin/Developer certification.
- Experience withConga CPQ, Conga Composer, and e-signature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
- Exposure toenterprise-scale Salesforce + Conga CLM implementation projects.
