Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implementConga CPQ solutionsto support Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Configurepricing rules, product bundles, discounting, approvals, and workflowsin Conga CPQ.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Integrate Conga CPQ withSalesforce CRMand other enterprise systems.
- Customize CPQ functionalities usingApex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Performunit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ performance, configuration, and integrations.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 410 years of overall IT experiencewith at least3+ years in Conga CPQ implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience inConga CPQ configuration (pricing, product catalog, quoting, approvals, workflows).
- Proficiency inSalesforce platform(Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).
- Experience inQuote-to-Cash (QTC)business processes.
- Knowledge ofSalesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.

Good to Have:

- Conga CPQ certification.
- SalesforceAdmin/Developer certification.
- Experience withConga CLM, Conga Composer, and e-signature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
- Prior experience in large-scaleSalesforce + CPQ transformation projects.
