Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead thedesign, architecture, and technical implementationof Conga CPQ solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements intoscalable and high-performing CPQ solutions.
- Define and enforcebest practices, coding standards, and design patternsfor CPQ development.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-endQuote-to-Cash (QTC)solutions.
- Configure and customizepricing, product catalog, discounting, approvals, and workflowswithin Conga CPQ.
- Guide and mentor developers onApex, Visualforce, LWC, and integration practices.
- Driveperformance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizationof CPQ applications.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, includingsolution design, integration architecture, and deployment strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 46 years of IT experiencewith strong exposure toConga CPQ(minimum 3 years hands-on).
- Proven expertise inConga CPQ configuration & customization pricing rules, bundles, advanced approvals, and workflows.
- Solid experience withSalesforce platform Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding ofSalesforce data model, security model, and API/integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience indesigning scalable CPQ architecturefor enterprise-grade solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

- Conga CPQ certification.
- SalesforcePlatform Developer / Architect certification.
- Knowledge ofConga CLM, Conga Composer, and e-signature tools.
- Prior experience leadingend-to-end CPQ transformation projects.
