Content Head Video Production Department Location Tirur Malappuram Company Epic Venture Venture Capital Firm About Us Epic Venture is a venture capital firm managing multiple portfolio companies across industries We are looking for a Content Head to lead our Video Production Department focusing on delivering high-quality video content for multiple brands under our portfolio This role is critical to ensuring creative excellence and consistency in all visual storytelling Key Responsibilities Lead the video production department end-to-end - from ideation storyboarding and shooting to editing and final delivery Ensure all video content meets the highest standards of quality creativity and brand alignment Manage and guide the video editors designers and production team to achieve timely and polished outputs Oversee production workflows equipment usage and resource planning for smooth operations Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create content for YouTube Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and campaign requirements Introduce and implement new techniques tools and trends in video production to keep outputs fresh and competitive Maintain strict quality control across all projects to deliver consistent results Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in video production editing and creative direction Proven leadership experience managing a video content production team Expertise in video editing tools Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro etc and design tools Photoshop Illustrator etc Strong understanding of storytelling visual design and branding Ability to handle multiple projects brands simultaneously with a focus on quality delivery Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills What We Offer Lead the entire video production department across diverse ventures Opportunity to set creative benchmarks and build a high-performing team A fast-paced collaborative work culture with creative freedom Competitive salary with performance-driven growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid time off Experience Content marketing 4 years Required Work Location In person
