Digital Marketing Head Location Tirur Malappuram Company Epic Venture Venture Capital Firm About Us Epic Venture is a dynamic venture capital firm with a diverse portfolio of companies We actively manage and scale multiple ventures and digital marketing plays a central role in driving growth across all of them We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who can take ownership of our digital strategy and execution ensuring consistent performance across SEO SMM Paid Ads LinkedIn TikTok content and more Key Responsibilities Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for Epic Venture and its portfolio companies Oversee and optimize performance across channels including SEO social media Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok paid advertising Google Ads Meta Ads etc and content marketing Drive brand awareness lead generation and engagement for multiple companies simultaneously Manage the digital marketing team set performance goals and mentor them to achieve results Track analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights and improvements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business objectives Stay ahead of industry trends adopting new tools and strategies to enhance performance and ROI Requirements 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 2-3 years in a leadership managerial role Strong knowledge of SEO social media marketing performance ads content strategy and analytics Experience managing digital marketing for multiple brands or companies is a strong plus Excellent leadership communication and project management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing venture capital firm and manage diverse brands Creative and fast-paced work environment with scope for innovation Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Experience Digital marketing 5 years Required PAid Ads SEO SMM Production Content 5 years Required Work Location In person
