Accountant will be responsible for handling all customer transactions providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales and service departments by ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments This position requires attention to detail a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a positive customer experience Process all forms of payment cash credit debit cards checks for vehicle purchases repairs and service transactions Issue receipts refunds and change as required by company policies Maintain accurate transaction records and handle cash drawer with accuracy Provide customers with invoices receipts and applicable warranty or service documentation Assist in resolving customer billing inquiries or payment issues in a timely manner Ensure all transactions are recorded in the dealership s accounting system Assist in daily weekly and monthly cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of the cash drawer Work with the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases including trade-ins and financing options Adhere to dealership policies and procedures regarding payment processing and customer interactions Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund
