the progress of global aerospace About Position Position Summary Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking to hire SAP Environment Health Safety EHS Architect position to join their team in Bengaluru India These positions will focus on supporting the SAP implementation projects for Boeing business units like BCA BDS and BGS This role will be based out of Bengaluru India Position Responsibilities Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering Document preparation End-to End Solution design Functional Spec preparation Realization and Deployment Able to define technology-enabled solutions prototype and configure SAP-EHS systems with high proficiency Integration knowledge of SAP EHS with SAP SD LE MM PP TM modules Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs Architects Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems Identify recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs create and update associated documentation Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and challenges encountered by the team Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties Define requirements and designs and verify robust architecture data and information management systems and components across SAP and non-SAP systems Establish design constraints and ensure architecture conforms to requirements Assess the feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives based on SAP and industry best practices Perform trade-off analyses Leading the evaluation of new releases or alternate software reviewing business and technical literature and interacting with analysts and user groups Leading the development and configuration management of architecture views and models that describe the system using standard techniques and tools Supporting the specification of documentation and model standard forms and tools Ensure that all SAP solutions follow security compliance controls and conformance to firms IT security standard Collaborates with individuals across departments IT and business to gain an understanding of business objectives facilitate solutions develop approaches and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes and solutions Working with the ERP Architect colleagues manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of SAP systems and capabilities in the ERP ecosystem Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Basic Qualifications Required Skills Experience A Bachelors degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION 12 years of total IT experience 8 years of experience in configuring implementing and maintaining SAP EHS solutions 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP EHS module including Scoping and Planning Process Design Configuration Testing Deployment and Post Go-Live Support Relevant Industry certifications for SAP EHS The Open Group Architecture Framework TOGAF certification is desired Experience working with SAP EDI RFC and interface with non-SAP systems Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving Typical Education Experience Education experience typically acquired through advanced education e g Bachelor and typically 13 Plus years related work experience or Masters Degree with 12 years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience
