Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimizeemail marketing campaignsto generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support sales efforts.
- Planend-to-end digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, display ads, and social media (optional, if role is broader).
- Createtargeted email liststhrough segmentation based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history.
- Set upautomated workflows and re-engagement campaignsfor inactive users or leads.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure campaign messaging is aligned with brand tone and goals.
- Analyzecampaign metrics(open rates, click-through rates, conversions, bounce rates, etc.) and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage campaign contacts and track lead stages.
- Ensure compliance withemail marketing laws(e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Work closely withsales and product teamsto align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience indigital marketing and email campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency inemail marketing platforms(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
- Working knowledge ofCRM toolsand campaign analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
