
Performance Marketing Lead

About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of paid media buying across Google Ads. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns profitably. You will also guide junior buyers and work closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Plan, launch, and scale high-budget campaigns with focus on ROI and revenue growth.
Conduct deep keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy optimization.
Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and continuously improve CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Manage budgets, pacing, and profitability across multiple client/brand accounts.
Collaborate with Ad Operations for campaign trafficking, tracking templates, and reporting.
Stay updated on Google Ads policies, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Mentor/guide junior media buyers and ensure campaigns align with client/agency goals.
Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage large budgets profitably.
Experience in A/B testing, bid strategies, and conversion tracking setups.
Familiarity with affiliate/performance marketing models (CPL, CPA, Revenue Share) is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, bulk uploads, and reporting dashboards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
